More of Kansas

Dodge City Kansas

We are so glad we got to return again to Wilroads Gardens Community Church outside of Dodge City, Kansas. Pastor Jeff and Debbie Hiers were out of town last year when we came, so this was our first time to meet them. They were worth the wait! What wonderful people! They have been pastoring this small community church now for 30 years. That is amazing all by itself to be in one place for that long. This country church has some very special people so I can see why they love being there for so long. Junior and his wife Nell Lewis and their daughter Julie are some dear friends that attend this church. We met them years ago when they lived in Vernal, Utah. They are one special family. We stayed out at the Lewis' ranch for a few days catching up with them. Julie keeps us all smiling with her ever giving hugs and laughs. Junior loves the outdoors and let me shoot his riffle right off of the back porch. (Only in the country). Nell is one strong women of God and she has such a gift of making people feel special. We then went over to the church on Saturday night and setup the stage for Sunday. Sunday was a great time of ministry and fellowship afterward. Jeff and Debbie took us Monday night to let Anna ride Debbie's horse Dancer. Anna had a great time, as did Glenda, riding the horse around in the pasture. Thank you everyone for blessing us and giving us a great weekend of fun and relaxation.
Today we are in McCook, NE at the public Library using the internet to send out the blogs and get other work done.
Thank you all who pray and support this ministry! You are such a great blessing!

Georgetown South Carolina

Hello from way down South in Georgetown, South Carolina

We had a great time ministering at Georgetown Assembly of God with Pastor Dave Hoskins and his awesome congregation. Dave and Julie Hoskins used to be the Youth Pastors in Twin Falls, Idaho in the 90s when we were the Worship Pastors. We had a lot of great times. Julie and the girls were in Kansas seeing family while we were in town so we didn't get to see her and those cute girls but we had a fun time with Dave and helped him get through the blues of not having his 3 ladies with him. Anna taught a hip hop workshop with about 8 youth last Friday night. Then they performed it Sunday morning and did a superb job. She made many new friends and got to go to a girls sleep over last night. Today we all went to the beach and had a wonderful time. Tomorrow we head out on a 950 mile journey to Alton, IL for the 4th of July service at Alton Abundant Life Assembly of God.

Thanks Georgetown Assembly for a great weekend.

Living Way Community Church

After we left Alabama we went to Griffin, Georgia to have lunch with a Pastor Friend, Pastor Randy Valimont. Pastor Randy and his wife Jelly, pastor this wonderful church. We went there over 12 years ago with Dave Roever and team and spent 31 days in incredible revival services! It was a nice reunion. We then headed for Greer, South Carolina. As we were cruising down the freeway, a coat flew across the road. We drove over the top of it and somehow it got hooked up under the rig. All of a sudden we lost all electronics to the RV and buzzers were going off all over the dash. I pulled over and climbed under to see if something was causing the problem. There was nothing that I could see and the RV started working normal again. So off we went and then about 30 minutes later the buzzers started up again and we had no power. I took the next exit and parked at an outlet mall. (Glenda and Anna had a big smile on their faces)! I spent 2 hours trying to figure out why we had no power. I opened up the fuse panel and it smelled like burnt wiring. After going through all the fuses and looking over all the wiring, I found the problem. The cylinoid had melted from a cable being jerked when the jacket had gotten hung up under the RV. Now what! Here we are stuck without an RV specialist around and its 7pm at night. We prayed and I touched a wire and suddenly we regained power, but it wouldn't stay on. We tried over and over and finally after much prayer, the power stayed on! We chanced it and drove 2 hours to Greer, SC without stopping. Greer is where our precious friends Mick and Natalie Purdy live. The next day my buddy Mick and I got the parts and fixed the problem. Mick played the keys and Natalie sang in our Praise Team back in Layton. It was a great reunion with them and their children Seth and Abby. Abby was in Natalie's tummy when they moved, so we got to meet her for the first time. The kids are close to the same age as our grandkids, so it was a special time to be able to have fun with the kids too. Isn't God good?

We had a great night of ministry at Living Way Community Church in Greer with Pastor Don and Diane Elders and our friends Mick and Natalie Purdy. There was a great Spirit of the Lord in that place and though the number was small, the people were wonderful!

Life Church

We got to minister again this year at Life Church in Huntsville, Alabama. We had a wonderful time with our dear friends and also made some new friends. Dean and Sheila Moore attend Life Church and are some of our wonderful Bama friends, we drove the RV to their house and had to cut tree limbs down just to make it to there home.....it was fun

Maxwell Baptist Church in Belvidere, Tennessee

We had a wonderful service Sunday at Maxwell Baptist Church in Belvidere, Tennessee. Since it was Memorial Day Sunday, we honored all of our veterans that have served our country. We had them come to the front at the end of the service and every person (about 200 people) came and thanked them with a hand shake or a hug. Pastor Mike and Patti are doing a great job and they have such an awesome bunch of people that truly love the Lord and love others. We love coming to Maxwell Baptist Church!

Thank you Maxwell Baptist for a great time!

Summer Tour

Glenda and I want to thank each of you that have prayed for and supported this ministry through the years. Many have asked us, "How can you make it on the road like you do? How are you funded?" Those are fair questions and our answer is "WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!" We all know the Lord uses people to keep this ministry operating. I've never seen it rain dollar bills but Hey, the Lord could do that as well! We know He used a fish, a donkey and a bird... He even said, "If my people don't praise me then the rocks will cry out." We have such an Awesome God! In the Spring of 2008 our family heeded the call of the Lord to step out in faith and go and give a drink of fresh water to a spiritually dry America. So we stepped out of the boat and into the scary, exciting waters. Yes we were terrified with fear many times saying, "GOD ARE YOU SURE? Did you know the economy was going to take a nose dive?" But He spoke clearly to our hearts. And so the journey continues to go forward as we fully trust in HIM. We have spent over 20 months in the past two years living in our RV with over 40 thousand road miles. We get to come home to Utah and recharge about every 3 months for a few weeks. It's like a hug from heaven to be refreshed and restored by family and friends so we can go out again to reach as many as possible while we can.

We would like to ask you to help us reach lives for JESUS. We know you are not able to travel on the road with us, but by standing with us and beside us, you are paving the way one mile at a time. You are being God's hands extended. When you give to this ministry, you are making a difference and standing in the gap for us. When you stretch out a hand to us, it only takes a little to DO SO MUCH FOR HIS GLORY when we do it together.

We are traveling in the southern parts of the USA this summer with over 6000 miles of driving. If 100 people would help us with a $25 dollar, one time gift, our diesel fuel would be covered for this tour. There are a few options to help you give: #1) you can send your tax exempt gift to Blastoff Music Ministries, 1482 N 175 E, Layton, Utah 84041 or #2) You can go to blastoffmusic.org and donate online.

We are truly blessed to be able to do what we are doing. We are giving a cup of water in JESUS NAME and we are seeing the Lord restore LIVES.

We Love you all and thank you for loving us,

GREG, GLENDA AND ANNA BOSTOCK

Providence Fellowship in Toney, Alabama

It was great seeing our friends at Providence Fellowship this year and spending time with our Mission Vietnam cohort and buddy, Pastor Mark Beaird and his precious family. It was probably one of the tightest spaces to fit our setup into, but it was a special and intimate time with the sweet presence of the Holy Spirit. The congregation here is small in number but great in vision and know how to persevere in God's strength and power. Our dear friends the "Hell Fighters" joined us and brought strength and support to us, hearts of worship and they packed the place out! It was a wonderful time all together!

This week we are getting geared up for Maxwell Baptist Church in Belvidere, Tennessee. Please keep the ministry in prayer. We know that our strength comes from the Lord and that the enemy is fighting every step of the way. Our kids Richie and Michelle and the grandbabies are in Utah this week while we are in Alabama. Sometimes life seems so unfair. We really miss our kids and those babies, but we know the God has called us to go touch lives for His glory. We still have a Sunday in June to fill on this tour and need to fill some dates in the fall. Please pray with us for the right doors to open up. God is in control!

Woodmont Baptist Church Florence Alabama

We had a great time visiting our friends Ron and Claudia Moody that live in Florence, Alabama. They've been part of the Mission Vietnam team and a wonderful part of our lives for several years now. We ministered this past Friday night at their home church Woodmont Baptist, sponsored by their singles ministries groups and had a great time. What a great group of people. There's nothing quite like singing our version of "Sweet Home" in the state of Alabama! Our friend Wade Franks came over from Huntsville and shared some of his story from being in the battle that took place on Hamburger Hill in Vietnam. Wade lost many of his dear friends on the mountain and nearly lost his own. He was shot in the hip and thought for sure he would not make it down the mountain that morning. Another American GI looked at his wound and said, "Boy you just gotta hole in you! You can make it down this hill!" Those words gave Wade the strength and courage to get up and move. Today Wade Franks is one of God's giant killers. When he preaches, all ears tune in to hear what he has to share. The Lord has given Wade a special anointing like no other. To learn more about Wade and his wife Gail, visit www.wadefranks.org. We are very excited to work with Mission Vietnam and let our Vietnam Veterans know that they didn't fight in that war in vain. God Almighty hears the heart's cry of his people all over this earth and in the country of Vietnam today many lives are coming to Jesus Christ.

Welcome home Vets!
